You can cancel your surgflix membership at any time.
To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched Video content.
If the Video Contents you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 7 days of your purchase of the Video Contents, that Surgflix to cancel the payment your account. However, if you have not watched the video content you have purchased.
If the Video Contents you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase of the Video Contents, that Surgflix refund your account.
We reserve the right to apply a credit or a refund, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners or the platform from which you purchased your Video Contents (website, mobile or TV app). No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed.
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days.
